2009年，付征开始中国留学生的监护服务，并协助他们升入理想的学府（包括牛津大学、帝国理工等）。2015年，ECA国际教育资讯有限公司按照英国法律注册（公司编号：9525524）成立，总部设在英格兰北部西约克郡利兹市。

ECA一直按照高效服务、持续关爱、成就学生 的基本原则来为中国留学生提供最优质的家庭式监护服务和教育规划指导。公司主要致力于帮助国际学生和家长在众多优秀的英国学校中找到最合适的院校，在高等教育阶段引导孩子选择合适的高校、专业以及课程，从英国的教育、文化和生活多方面呵护留学生，辅助学生通往成功之路。

We are here to help young international students that choose to study in the UK. From the moment of choosing the right schools when they first come to study in the U.K., to the moment they finish their A levels, we support them from every angle, so the students would have everything they need to ensure a smooth transition in switching school system from their home country to the UK.

• To develop a strict code of practice for ECA members to follow to ensure students’ welfare

• To carefully select and inspect homestay families to protect and care for students in their UK home
• To comply with the 1989 & 2004 Children Act and meet the requirements of the Department of Education Working Together to Safeguard Children 2017 and Keeping Children Safe in Education 2018
